IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT FROM THE POOCHY POD * PLEASE READ *

Hi everyone! As some of you may already know, I’m expecting a baby! 👶🏼

I wanted to let you all know what this means for your upcoming appointments. I’ve been working closely with my neighbors at Dog Spa located in Hersden to ensure a smooth transition for all of you, and I know they’ll do a fantastic job.

As a solo groomer, I’ll be taking maternity leave starting in mid-October. The salon is already filling up fast, so it’s looking like my last day will be towards the end of September. I won’t be taking on any new clients for the time being, and once I’m about 75% booked, I’ll be turning off online booking. I’m planning to take as much time as I need, and while I don’t have a set return date yet, I will be back! I kindly ask that you avoid messaging me about my return date during my leave, but please do stay in touch otherwise – I’ll miss you all!

Unfortunately I am going to have to let go of my larger breeds earlier than this date due to the toll it takes on myself, I hope you understand.

During my time off, Dog Spa in Hersden will be taking over. They are located just a minute away, and I’ve been friends with them since they moved in. I trust them completely to take great care of your furry friends. I’ll also be sharing my notes on your dogs' specific needs and preferences to ensure they get the best experience possible!

Please feel free to book your appointments with me until I leave. To keep your dogs on a regular grooming schedule, especially with Christmas coming up, book ahead with Dog Spa or another groomer to avoid disappointment.

Of course, you’re welcome to take your dogs anywhere you like, but I highly recommend Dog Spa. I’ve known them for years and trust them implicitly. I’ll make sure they have all the details about your dog’s likes and dislikes to ensure a great experience.
