Embark on a wild adventure at WWP today and be ready to receive a warm welcome from our friendly team and of course, all the incredible animals that call our park home. We are set in the quaint village of Wingham, between popular Canterbury and Sandwich. Our park diligently cares for more than 200 species- that’s more than ANY other zoo in Kent! This includes the only Penguins, Orangutans and Chim

panzees in Kent as well as the only Moon Bears in the whole of the UK, plus many other very popular species including,

- Tigers
- Giraffes
- Parrots
- Flamingos
- Red Pandas
- Meerkats
- Sloths
- Crocodiles
To name but a few! We also have several walk-through exhibits and offer lots of unique and unforgettable encounters (including Penguin, Giraffe, Tiger feeding and Keeper for the Day). Meaning that you can make memories that will last a lifetime as you get up close and personal with all your favourites! In addition to our alluring animals, we also offer lots of opportunities for family fun and adventure with the largest animatronic dinosaur zoo in the county, 18-hole mini golf course, large indoor soft play area, photo opportunities, animal feeding stations, outside play areas, go karts, Bug Gardens and more! We are committed to inspiring a deep passion for the natural world. Therefore, your support not only directly helps us care for our own animals but also contributes to our vital conservation projects too. We can’t wait to welcome you for a big WWP adventure soon!

🖤Move it, move it to WWP🖤
We are home to three different species of lemur.
Ring-Tailed, Black and white Ruffed and black lemurs are all endangered in the wild.
They are all unique in their own way but are all endemic to the island of Madagascar.
All species of lemurs can be found on this one island and face many human caused threats such as deforestation of their natural habitat.

Happy Lunar New Year 🐍
It is officially the year of the sssssssnake
Suzy is our Burmese Python and there is so much to love about her... literally!
When she was last measured she was around 18ft long!
These gorgeous snakes are apex predators with their incredible camouflage and strength.
They can also eat prey that is 5x wider than their head... which would be like us trying to eat a melon whole...

This time last year these two boys started their long journey from Belfast to join us here at WWP.
George has grown in confidence and Henry has grown in height!
These gorgeous boys are fantastic ambassadors for their species and have been great additions to our existing tower. We have loved getting to know them over the past year and are excited to see what the future holds.
If you would like to meet them for yourself, check out our experiences and get sufficiently slobbered on by our lovely lads👇
