At last I have a date for my shoulder replacement! All going well it will happen on 30th December. Anyone hoping to have their dogs groomed in Jan or beginning of Feb, could you book them in before my procedure if you are worried about waiting an extra few weeks. Many thanks😊

Coming into the busy festive period I thought this was a good time to update my policy on cancellations and no-shows.
If given enough time I can usually fill cancellations with other waiting customers which is a win for us both. However, this is impossible if I’m only given an hours notice, or in some cases no notice at all!

Poppy, Golden doodle before her bath, then nearing the end of her groom❤️. Poppy and her sister Mini always come charging down my drive to the parlour, giving me a fabulous greeting, and love their pamper sessions🥰

Hi everyone, due to natural loss of my furry clients either moving away or growing their angel wings, I am currently taking on new customers. As you will know I am a very experienced groomer and have historically generated new customers through referral and word of mouth, with this in mind I would appreciate some assistance spreading the word.
