Laine Hadlow of Laine-art has drawn in pastels our Flossie. Well she has arrived today and is simply stunning. I just can't stop looking at it. Laine has captured the very essence of Flossie, stubborn, determined elderly lady, stoic and Hellishly judgemental!

I need a little help guys. I habe found myself with a small box of
the 112 Carlota Galgos Carlota Galgos calendars.These are the calendars that I travel to Spain each year especially to take the photos for them. Evri/Hermes lost the box that I sent to the group in Holland. I put a claim in to them and ordered a small replacement batch from the printers at a high short run cost. These arrived the same day that I heard that Evri found the parcel and is going to deliver it tomorrow. Now I have these spare calendars that I paid for and cannot claim for as they found the parcel!
I need to cover the printing costs so if you haven't got one or Santa didn't bring you a calendar please consider one of these. I have made them free post so just £10 including worldwide shipping. If you have one already then please share the post, I would be very grateful!

I would like to introduce to you your new owners of Milo and Mimi.
Some of you already know us and our gang but I will make the introductions to our new friends. This will probably be a surprise to most of you that do know us too!
I am Julia Hayes but many know me on here as Steve Hayes due to a freak of Facebook!
I am married to Steve and we have 5 hounds: Greyhounds Flossie, Ellie and Mr Mitchell. A scruffy Lurcher Annie AKA Dry Mop and a Galgo Jocelyn. We all live near Canterbury in Kent.
Steve and I run Little Pink Dog Collars that some of you already know too.
We also run GreyFest (Weekend Sighthound Event 19th and 20th of August 2023 each year. So you may know us from there, if not and you fancy a fun event for sighthounds and their friends then take a look.
Some of you may have liked this page when visiting Greyfest in the past. :-)

I have a laser cutter and been cutting and painting dogs recently.
So when Klara contacted me to say that she couldn't make Greyfest this year because she was moving in a different direction it seemed a natural thing for us to continue her work.
I have been training with Klara and have been making goodies in preparation for taking over. We have lots of ideas and new things to add over the coming months so watch this space!
We are always interested in thoughts and ideas so fire them at us!

Good morning, yep it was cold last night and is chilly this morning. A little bit of rain but looks good for the rest of the day. We are next to the water splash area. A little video of the gazebo and the new Portuguese Water dog signs. Hope to see some of you later.
All set up at Dogs Unleashed I have done the stall a different way this time.
What did I learn today?? Instagram videos need to be portrait not landscape. After feeling super proud of myself for making little videos as I worked away today then 'cut' the videos and put them all together into one big video for Jess; my social media secretary, she then informs me I have done them wrong. Never mind, here is the video of what I have done today. Unfortunately I don't know how to add music or comments so it might look quite boring. Broken keyrings into magnets.
This is speeded up of course but it was about 5 minutes just to cut the edges of the Springer Spaniels. I love watching the machine works its magic
Gosh it is windy out there. We live in a place called Breeze Hill and some days I cant even get my car door open. I haven't been able to get to the craftroom the last couple of days as my mum is off work so will be in the house. She is back tomorrow so I will be heading down there to sort out the orders I have received. I want to keep everyone safe and play by the rules even if some don't Stay safe and don't blow away xx
10 days to get over a silly little cold. Not the flu just a cold. It has knocked me out completely. I am finally back at my desk and painting away. My new 2nd business Crafty Milo is taking shape slowly but surely. I have a logo at least ###

Morning, what is everyone up to this weekend? The Boys go back home today and then Mabel is staying till Monday. I am at the Dogs Trust Merseyside Dog Show Sunday, just finishing off a few items then along comes Monday and a start of a new week.

I did these yesterday as part of an order; Hound Head Coasters. They are approx 12cm high with a foam backing to protect surfaces. I can paint them any colour you like and can also so personalised ones to look like your hound 🐕
I have a little visitor here to stay for over a week. His name is Harvey and he is nearly 13 years old. As you can see he has a little wiggle to him which he has had since he was a puppy. He will be coming with me next week to Bark in the Park at Calderstones and we might enter him into a class or two.
Did a different kind of sewing today and sewed up this guy. He is such a poser with his pink patchwork, he really worked the camera 📷😚 I have about 8 more to sew up but they take so long. I did do another one but she looks more like Frankinsteins monster 😯 It was all going well(ish) and then I realised one of her arms I had knitted was shorter and fatter. Don't know what happened there!! Photo in the comments 😂 These will be going into an charity auction sometime in the future xx
