POLITE NOTICE:

Sasha’s Canine Club will be closed for the summer period - 17th July to the end of August as I am on holiday! Will be back from September onwards ( depending on my schedule ). Will keep you all updated but will be limited availability!

Just to let everyone know - I will not be walking for long periods of time during this heat wave. It’s too hot for the pups and they’re struggling a lot. I’ll be minimising walk times and also working around the weather , so the dogs will be exercised at earlier & later times in the day.

Hope everyone had a great Easter break!

Back to Cardiff this week to see all my little friends - only been gone a week but it feels like forever. Something has definitely been missing from my life ! 🐾✨

Can’t wait to get back into a routine again & hopefully be out in some great weather with the pups ❤️☀️

Hello Everyone -

I have a massive favour to ask.

One of the dogs I look after is having to be rehomed due to a change in living situation.

He is a Bearded Border Collie - 5 years old.

Great off lead , good temperament, listens very well. Fine to be left alone in the house for up to 4 hours. Not disruptive, great family dog. Also good around small children.

Chases squirrels and no cats !

But I wanted to ask if anyone may be able to take him ? He is needing a good home , where he’ll be walked constantly and given the right attention

Hi Everyone,

I’ve been asked if I could help find a permanent new home for two of my regular doggies as the family is unable to keep them going forward ( through no fault of their own).

I’ve looked after them previously for a while / multiple occasions and know their personalities inside out - and I can confidently say that they are wonderful pups.

They have lived with a young girl, who has looked after them since they were little, and therefore they are extremely loving and sweet - especially towards children. Super gentle and patient - almost like emotional support dogs from what I’ve seen. They understand emotion incredibly and are gentle souls who require someone loving to give them a good home together.

So we have 2 Sh*tzus- one girl ‘ Missy’ ( 7 years ) and one boy ‘ Marli ’ ( 9 years ).

They are amazing , friendly , cuddly dogs. The boy ( black ) is afraid of bigger dogs which means he is reactive if they come too close but is generally a good boy. On walks we have walked off lead and he has been fine as long as dogs do not run up to him and get in his space. He is absolutely bonded to the girl ( white & grey ).

Would love for them to go as a pair as they are extremely close and I’m afraid being separated would affect them too much . They are great offlead, amazing recall, and really did listen to me like angels. They were wary at first but beyond loving once they get to know you, after that they are extremely loyal and follow you around everywhere ! And I mean absolutely everywhere!

Please if there is any interest - pop me a message. And feel free to share to anyone who may want dogs that are able to live with children / older dogs that would fit with elderly people, or just somebody who would love two new additions to their family !

Merry Christmas Everyone🎄🐾

Just some food for thought.

Christmas is a time for remembrance, celebration & gratitude. This year I am grateful for all my customers , old and new, who have become an important part of my life, over the last couple years.

I am forever grateful for the pups I have had the chance to look after, for the wonderful humans I have interacted with and for the hospitality I have been shown. You are all appreciated. To the dogs we know now and to the dogs we knew back then , you are truly loved and missed. It is such a privilege to be trusted with the responsibility and I cannot express my gratitude enough.

Thank you again for your custom, I look forward to seeing you all in the New Year.

Just want to share some memories of Dukie.

We are so sorry to hear of his passing, he was a friendly, lovable, gentle giant with a heart of gold. We are so lucky to have been able to meet such a kind natured dog , with so much love to give to everyone he met 🥰

Rest in peace Dukie 🐾🐕
