Denis and Michael are 10 week old small Shih Tzu cross breeds described by their foster mum as two tiny beautiful puppies that love attention from people and especially lots of cuddles.
They are both quite playful, a little cheeky but can be a little nervous of new things and situations but with encouragement they are fine and their confidence is growing daily. They love to cuddle on foster mums lap.
They are not cat or small furry tested but are young enough to learn. As they are small please make sure any cats don’t eat them.
They can live with sensible children as long as they understand that puppies play bite hands and chew things.
Denis plays with toys and loves to play fight with Michael and his bigger foster brother. Michael isn’t so fussed in playing with Walt but loves toys.
They still have tiny puppy collars and haven’t been out on a lead yet as they are waiting for 2nd vaccinations.
They sleep in a dog bed in a play pen and will sleep all night.
They are puppy pad trained and toilet training is a work in progress.
Both absolutely love food and treats and will need watching, because they will eat anything available.
Both pups will be happy with a family who will give them lots of attention, cuddles and playtime.

As we bid farewell to this year, we want to wish you all a merry Christmas with family, friends and all of your furry companions! I will be taking a brief pause to spend some much needed time with my own babies until January 9th but appointments will be open again after boxing day.

Meet Otis, he’s an adorable and friendly boy. He was found on the streets very badly injured on the neck. His photos of when we first found home are too graphic to post 😭
He has waited patiently to recover, and he did!🙏 All he needs now is a family to love him. Otis is around 5/6 years old, friendly with other dogs and people. He has been in kennels for a very long time and really needs a chance to find a home. Otis is vaccinated, tested and neutered. Please let’s all post to help him find a home ❤️🙏

Her back story
Buffy was abandoned in a cemetery with 4 siblings.
No behaviour issues but things can change with a new environment. The rescue will support if there are any issues.
No known health issues.
HOME NEEDS:
* Ability and patience to work on basic training.
* private, secure garden with high borders and fences where she has room to play.
As with all dogs she would benefit from training classes.
Mental stimulation training will help her become a well rounded pet.

• “TAKE MY DOG OR I’LL KILL IT” • 💔🤬🇷🇴
Whilst filming for the crew went out to collect dogs from local towns with our partner rescue Care for Dogs Romania.
This girl was thrust to the team by a man who told them to take her or he’d kill her. He had ‘replaced’ her with a bichon puppy as ‘toy’ for his son.
We know you’ll all be reading this as incredulously as we did when we got the messages today.
They ofcourse took her but the whole scene was very chaotic so they took her and quickly put her in the van with the other dogs and took them to the safety of the rescue.
On examination at the rescue it seems she has recently had puppies. But they weren’t given at the same time. The team are going to go back there to see if they can find the puppies, although sadly it is suspected they will have been abandoned or killed already. If they can be found and saved then they absolutely will.
It’s stories like this that highlight why adopting dogs from Romania is so important. It’s why the neuter campaign that runs is so important.
It’s why we have to keep being their voice and trying to bring awareness to their plight.

• ROSE NEEDS A FOSTER HOME FROM THIS WEEKEND • ‼️🐶🧡🌹
This wonderful girl came over on our last transport as we had a home lined up for. Sadly due to a bereavement the adopter pulled out of the adoption. Rose’s foster could only keep her for a couple of weeks and she needs to move to a new foster or adopter this weekend. Can you help?
Rose is 6-7 months old, she will be a medium sized adult dog when fully grown around 20-25kg. She’s got that gorgeous scruffy cuteness going on and looks a bit like a terrier and a shepherd mix but we can’t be sure on her breeding.
She is playful, inquisitive, cheeky and a lot of fun. She is looking for a experienced home, that wants a dog to join them on adventures. She can live with dogs the same size or bigger than her but she is a little too unaware of her size to be with smaller dogs.
We are looking for a foster for her from this Sunday and an adopter long term too. If you are able to help with either please get in touch! She’s currently in the North East but can travel anywhere for the right home.

Butter Update 9/3
We believe the sightings on the estate were the Shih Tzu who has been recovered. We are following up a very positive sighting in the area he first disappeared but are not publicising the location as we don’t want to frighten him off. We will update when we have more info or if we need another search group.
Butter/Arnold Update
He hasn’t been recovered yet but we have had some very positive sightings. He has moved to the Treforest Industrial Estate where he has been spotted by a few people. We now need him to stay in that area so it’s essential no one tries to catch him or chase him. We had lots of amazing Volunteers join us this evening and we are so grateful to every one of them. Over 450 flyers have been given out, thank you Trustmark Design & Print, Talbot Green, and we are going to do a reprint tomorrow. The more people aware of Butter the more chance we have of getting him back home to safety.
If you have family or friends who work on the estate please let them know and ask them to make us aware straight away if they spot him but to absolutely not try and grab him or chase him.
Again thank to everyone who has been helping, those who came today and everyone who is keeping this scared little boy in their hearts and their prayers.
PLEASE NOTE that if you are one of the total slime buckets that have called us this week pretending to have our dog, have information on our dog, tell us our dog is having emergency surgery or the one who rang our Rescue Coodinator at 1am and said her son had been in a car crash we hope you rot in hell. You are a disgrace to humanity you foul little lowlifes.
