‼️ Cardiff Council are proposing to scrap the free parking window for all public car parks. This has a huge impact on local businesses, users of local parks and sporting facilities (examples of affected car parks include Llandaff fields, Pontcanna fields, Llandaff, Canton, Whitchurch etc….)
