Due to a massive increase in overheads (electricity, cat food and cat litter have all gone up significantly) I have had to review my prices. New prices are effective for all bookings arriving on and after 1st November 2022 any bookings arriving before will be charged at the old rate. Please see the fees page on the website for details

Meet Minnie!

Minnie has been with us for over 7 days now which means she's eagerly waiting for a home. Shortly after her arrival Minnie had to undergo a hind leg amputation meaning she only has 3 legs - she adjusted to this straight away! Minnie will need to be homed where there are no other pets in the home. She is equal parts sassy and sweet ❤️

Would all customers please read the terms and conditions on my website especially regarding cancellations. After a very tough couple of years I cannot afford to subsidise customers who cancel last minute not giving me enough time to try and refill their space, especially when I have already been out and bought the food for their cat and turned other customers away who have now booked elsewhere. From now on I will be strictly enforcing my cancellation policy.

If customers wish to contact me the best way is to either phone or send text message to my mobile. Emails are also ok but I only check emails once or twice a day so you may have to wait for a reply. DO NOT send a Facebook message as I cannot get messages.

October half term and so far I have had 5 customers let me down and cancel last minute, this is becoming a real problem. I cannot continue to subsidise customers so I will be strictly enforcing my cancellation policy and taking non refundable deposits from all customers from now on. There will be some changes to our opening hours, prices and terms and conditions from the 1st of October 2021, prices have remained the same for 5 years so this is long overdue. There will be extra charges for cats on medication. I will no longer be open for pick up and drop offs on Sundays, except during the school summer holidays. In future customers will pay for the time they have booked. If you choose to cut your holiday short you will still be charged as we will have turned customers away to keep the space for you, it is unfair for us to bear the financial loss because it is raining and you have decided to come home early! We will also be implementing our cancellation policy especially for last minute cancellations. The past 2 years have been extremely hard for small businesses and we cannot continue to subsidise customers. It would also be very much appreciated if customers would try and refrain from contacting us outside business hours unless it is an emergency. Please DO NOT contact us by Facebook messenger our preferred method of contact is by phone or text message, emails are only checked once or twice a day. All changes will be posted on the website as soon as possible.

We ask that Boarding Kennels and Catteries are recognized as directly and severely suffering from the impact of the Covid travel restrictions and be given access to support in the same way as the travel and hospitality industries.

**UPDATE** I have spoken to the owner and a fantastic home has been found for him. Thanks for the interest and the shares.
I currently have this lovely cat staying in the Cattery who through no fault of his own is needing a new home. He is a lovely boy, fully up to date with all his vaccinations, neutered, microchipped etc. He is really friendly and loves attention. I am sure he will find a home really quickly, if anyone is interested in him let me know and I can put you in contact with his owner.
