Urban Tails - Pet Services Cardiff Currently taking on grooming clients, a consultation is required before any appointments are given.

Our books are open and we are accepting new grooming clients. Due to timings and to keep everything flowing we will complete a small consultation to make sure we're the groomers for you and your dog/s before any appointments are given.

We now also offer teeth cleaning, if you'd like more information don't hesitate to ask us when collecting your dog 😊

On the 1st December we would like to invite you all to a Christmas walk around caphilly Mountain. This is an open invitation to the Urban tails family and beyond!

There will be christmas snacks for dogs and humans 🍪
Just remember if you bring doggie treats be prepared to share... it is Christmas after all! 😂

It is with great sadness that we had to say goodbye to our bestest boy in the world, Harri. He lived to a grand age of 12 years old. Unfortunately he was too tired and too sore to carry on. It was the hardest decision we had to make but also the right one, he was ready even if we weren't.

We have lots of fantastic memories to keep and some great adventures were had. We went wild swimming, wild camping in breacon, road tripped Scotland, climbed a few mountains in his lifetime, visited many beaches and forests. He even went abroad to Italy!

He was a very special part of our lives, if it wasn't for him and his sister Pippa (who is very upset that he has gone) we wouldn't be where we are with the business today. We trusted him with everything, he helped (with aid of Pippa) many of our nervous clients to settle in with us and tolerated even the young pups bouncing all over him 😂

He would greet every human and every dog he met in the parks and loved a good cuddle!

He was an absolute delight and we will forever miss him, we couldn't have asked for a better boy.
We love you Harri ❤️

Hey guys, just wanted to let everyone know in advance that our grooming prices will be increasing by £3 per dog starting from 1st April. Thank you everyone 😊
