🐴 Getting to know Mac, I went and sat at the top of the field this evening to see what him and his buddies get up to together. He left them all at the bottom and decided the best grass in the whole field was right up by my feet 😍

🐴 One of the first things Mac showed me as images in my minds eye was the field/yard he wanted to live at.

🐴I’d got 3 different places in mind and the place he showed me was one of them 😀

🐴He’ll be living out with a herd of about 6 others, and I’ve since found out that a field buddy of his from somewhere he used to live is also heading to this yard in April too so I thought that was pretty cool for them both! ⭐️

🐴I thought this was a nice example of a practical application of animal communication in listening to the horses and what their preferences might be.

🙂Hello everyone🙂 It's been a while since I posted anything- I've been beavering away behind the scenes and enjoyed a little break from social media, my phone and the computer! I have to say, it has been one of the best things I've done in ages and now I'm just working out how to keep in touch with all things through these channels, whilst keeping the lovely peace and calm that came from stepping away from them for a while. I'd highly recommend trying it, even for a day, or if that seems like ages start with a few hours. I really value the connection and conversation that comes from being on here, but also realised what it does to us by being on here too much.

🐴In this post i'm bringing you the second part of the learnings that I received from the lovely horse Stella a few months ago.

⭐The essence of this part is learning more about the energetic flow through our own bodies as humans, and the energetic flow through the horses body and the effects we have on each other. As I researched about what she was showing me I also came across some exerts in a book by Tom Nagel that aligned with all that I was writing, so I've included reference to that in the blog post too. The first signs of Spring emerging here in the UK means all the animals will be feeling the changes in energy ☀️
For some of you maybe it’s anticipation of the lighter evenings that’s most exciting, for others maybe you are getting ready for the coming competition season ahead ✨
Whatever you are feeling it’s a great time for your animals let you know how they are feeling and what they might need in preparation for the year ahead, either through a communication session or a hands on body work session. And maybe they have some words of wisdom they wish to share with you so this can be an awesome year for you too! 😁

🌟I'm really excited to share with you all a new blog post inspired by a communication I experienced with an amazing horse called Stella.

⭐The original intention was to tune in and see how she was feeling and what she might need physically, and to let her share anything else that would help her to be comfortable. Rather than covering these topics she launched straight into showing me about star constellations, ourselves as beings of light, seeing things from different perspectives and following our heart 💖
