🐴This is Oli, the first horse I was given way back when I was 16. He was a retired hunting horse, who I would have to describe as a wonder horse🦄He made dreams come true and together we achieved and experienced what was to me the seemingly impossible✨ I wanted to be a dressage diva and he loved hunting so we had to meet in the middle! With him I jumped things I would never have imagined I ever could, and in return he cantered sideways down the center lines on most of our dressage tests and around most of the pony club rallies we attended. He even got himself banned from the Riding and Road Safety test day🤣

🐴A few days ago I came across a communication I had with Oli back in May of 2020, where I was asking him what to do next with all the animal communication work. He replied very to the point 'Keep going' 'Put fear behind you' 'Stay plugged in' and again 'Keep going' So over the last few years I've been doing just that, and come up with various ways to keep going, put fear behind me and stay plugged in! I'll be writing a bit this over the coming months and share with you some of the tools and practices that have helped along the way.

🐴I wanted to share this with you as an example of the types of questions we can ask our animals if we would like to hear their perspective or ideas about a situation, rather than questions aimed at asking them about themselves. There are so many types of questions we can ask them and I'll also be delving into that topic soon to🙂

🏇Horse Racing. A controversial industry. I've just written a new blog post inspired by a communication that came to me from one of the most famous racehorses, Red Rum.

🏇In the communication he showed me different ways to see things, how is huge heart energy carried him over the finish lines, and more about the path of changing the ways we live going forwards. Honoring the past, being where we are now, and looking to the future.

It was quite an in depth experience, if you'd like to read the whole thing this should take you straight there........

Saturday morning and I found myself having a contemplative moment on the mound at Mwnt. Whilst my visual attention went out towards Cardigan Island I found some other part of me had begun pondering and remembering all the different people that had shown and taught me things over my life so far. Some of them on formal training courses, some of them in day to day life. The more I pondered, the more I had a sense of all these people around and behind me, and as I remembered more and more of them I began to feel like they actually were all around me. Quite an interesting experience, I’d highly recommend trying it out. I often think of all the horses, but I’m not sure I’ve tried it out with all the people quite like that before!

This is a great diagram showing horse versus human bones. When I’m doing communications I quite often end up with the anatomy books out to help see which part of the horse/animal I’m feeling in my joints. One of the most interesting things I discovered doing this work is that we also have a navicular bone in our hand, just like the horse does in their foot 😀

🖐️ Horse vs. Human Hand – Can You Believe It? 🐴

Back by popular demand! Today, we’re sharing another fascinating diagram – this time comparing the horse’s front distal limb to the human hand - and yes, horses essentially walk on their middle finger! 🤯

One from my recent travels, wandering down a residential street in a small French town I came across another similar but different green legged one! I haven’t tuned in properly for a big message from these beauties yet, but ‘peaceful contemplation’ seems to come through on some level 😀

Also a little heads up that I’m off adventuring again next week, so will be a bit erratic with responding to messages between now and 7th Nov. After that I’m hunkering in for winter and fully available as usual!

🦄 Just making sure I’m getting my notes in order properly, and probably wondering if there are any treats in the box! 🥕

☀️Whilst away I recieved a message from this fascinating Praying Mantis that came to welcome us to our holiday accommodation. I thought you might enjoy the story, and the messages, it’s a bit of a long one………

Within moments of arriving at where we were staying for the last week I came across this Praying Mantis. I stopped in my tracks and watched as they moved so so slowly and intentionally, and then stayed still for long moments, just looking around. Sometimes looking at us, sometimes watching us.

Each time I went out onto the patio area they were there, still on the same chair, sometimes on the back of it and sometimes around the seat. So we left that chair for them, and as we sat out with them my friend decided to call them Bill, I decided on Felicity, and I feel maybe ‘long green legged one’ is probably the most appropriate name!

Anyway, Bill, Felicity, Long Green Legged One was there to greet us the first two mornings and throughout the day and evenings we would check the chairs before sitting down so as not to squash her. She would watch us, and the connection between us all became quite palpable and very real. Their presence was felt much larger than the size of their body.

One evening I wondered to myself, what might be their message. Why are they here, being so obvious in their connection and presence with us. And I wondered if once I had listened to the message, might they disappear.

So I tuned in to listen, and waited to see what I might receive. In these moments I became aware of the message of stillness, presence and peacefulness. Moving only with prior thought and slow, steady, specific intention. And the final piece was the invitation to embrace this quality of stillness, to stay in one place, peacefully, and know and trust that ‘all you need can and will come to you’ A real sense of inner centred stillness and calm.

At this moment I felt the familiar feeling of inner knowing that this was the message this wonderful being had come to deliver. I also felt maybe this would be the last evening we felt and saw their presence by our sides. I thanked them and went to bed wondering if I would see them again.

Morning came and I eagerly went to see if Bill, Felicity, Long Green Legged One was still there on ‘their’ chair. They were gone. I searched around, and they were no where to be seen. I was surprised how different it felt out on the patio without them being there. I let my friend know as I knew she would be sad not to see them. We talked about them, and she said how sad she was they were gone, and wonders if they might return to say goodbye.

Sure enough later that day Bill, Felicity, Long Green Legged One came and said goodbye to my friend and then disappeared once more. We didn’t see them again, but the whole experience was so lovely and complete. Something that will stay with me for sure.

🏖Holiday time!🏖 I wanted to let you all know I might be a bit slow on the messages and emails over the next week. And also, if you do get in touch via the contact form on the website please keep an eye on junk email boxes as I will always get back to you, but sometimes messages go there instead of the inbox 😀

✨Today I got up early to get things done so I could head off swimming as the sun was beaming and found myself feeling so happy to be able to do things like that, on such a beautiful day.
✨Then I got home and found lovely thank you emails, thank you texts and even a thank you card from recent communication clients.
✨So I wanted to also say a great big thank you to everyone that trust me with communications for the animals in thier lives, and for suggesting me to their friends, and for those friends that take the leap and ‘try animal communication’ for the first time. Thank you everyone! 🙏🏼💖✨

🐴What’s so exciting about a muddy grey horse?! Well this is Bluebell, and her person had come to realise that she was only ever lying down and rolling on one side. The day after her hands on treatment she was found with mud on both sides and it looks like she has really enjoyed rubbing her whole bum and pelvis into the earth too. It’s lovely to see that she felt so much more comfortable to even out her rolling so quickly, and a great reminder as a possible sign that a horse may not feel as comfortable as they could if they only ever choose to roll or lye on one side. Thanks for the instant feedback Bluebell! 🌟

🌟I’ve just had a wonderful Monday morning communicating with this lovely herd that live where the clinic was held this weekend.
🌟Some individuals came forwards to share about their role in the herd, others had one to one sessions to help understand how we could help them, and some communicated messages for humans about Life.
🌟The perfect way to end my stay in Holland 😊
