An overview of my services:

I offer 1-2-1 training and behaviour support for dog and horse owners around Cumbria and further afield.

I also deliver live and online workshops for rescues, vets, daycares and other animal professionals.

Problem behaviours include:

Dogs

- Reactivity
- Aggression (dog or human-directed)
- Handling problems
- Fears and phobias (noises, cars, the outside world etc)
- Bringing up your puppy
- Adolescent dog behaviours
- 'Obedience' - loose-lead walking, recall, etc.
- Resource guarding
- Multi-dog household problems
- Managing children and dogs in the home
- Over-excitability
- Excessive barking
- Strengthening your relationship with your dog
- Traumatised dogs
- High drive dogs
- Wildlife chasing/high prey drive

Horse:

- Catching in the field
- The unhandled horse
- Backing and starting ridden work
- All groundwork
- Young horse handling
- Picking feet up
- Veterinary and routine care (farrier, worming etc)
- Injection training
- Relationship-building
- Spookiness
- Over-excitability
- Loading
- Ridden problems (i.e. standing at the mounting block, forwardsness etc)
- Fears and phobias
- Resource guarding
- Traumatised horses
- Leading and handling manners (stepping back, moving over, barging etc)
- Aggression (human or horse-directed)
- Traffic training
