Now the weather has changed, rainy dog walks are not quite as fun.
Why not play inside and mentally stimulate your dog, see some of our suggestions below;

1) Hide and seek
2) Filled, frozen Kongs
3) Den building
4) Likimat or puzzle balls for treat providing (out of their meal daily ration). Liver paste is a popular favourite.
5) Make rope toys out of old towels
6) Homemade toys (Google will aid with this)

Guinea pigs are gentle and fun by nature, which makes them good companions for children and adults. They can live for up to seven years, so be sure you’re ready for a medium-term commitment if you decide to buy a guinea pig. They should also have a companion so, bear that in mind.

Lets see your little Guinea Pigs at home; post all your pictures below 🙂🙂

In England from the 10th June 2024, it is compulsory for any cats over the age of 20weeks to be microchipped by law. However, there is no minimum age for them to be microchipped.

Please remember that cats under the Pet Health Club can be microchipped free of charge as this is included in the scheme.

Anyone not on the Pet Health Club can have a microchip implanted with a nurse at a discounted price of £20.00 for cats only.

Please call the surgery to book an appointment on 01228 792997; microchipped are able to the implanted at the same time as they are neutered.
