***PUPPY CLASSES***

Now taking names for next classes, (WEDNESDAY NIGHT FULL) will be a Sunday morning, date to be confirmed.

6 week course, cost £120 payable 2 weeks before start date.

Now only 4 puppies in each class, we class puppies up to 18 months old, all classes are indoors, venue is Greystone Community Center.

Handouts for most weeks main subjects, our 6 week course is everything you need, to have a well socialised and well trained puppy.

Do you need help with your Dog, regardless of age or issues, then why not consider booking a 4 week, 1 hour session per week 1-2-1 personal training with me, I can tailor it exactly for your needs, pulling on lead, recall etc.

All training indoors, day and time to suit you, venue is Greystone Community Center, Close Street, Carlisle.

Handouts available for all obedience subjects we will cover, the advantages of 1-2-1 is if your dog is slightly nervous of Dogs or people, then this could well be for you, not every Dog or handler is suited to classes.

Only 5 puppies in each class, all classes are indoors, venue is Greystone Community Center.

Handouts for most weeks main subjects, our 8 week course is everything you need, to have a well socialised and well trained puppy.

As chocolates start returning to our shelves, it’s essential to remember not to share treats containing chocolate or cocoa with your pets! 🎃

Cocoa contains theobromine, a toxic substance for most pets, in particular dogs, and different types of chocolate have a different amount of theobromine.

While all chocolate can be toxic, cocoa powder, and chocolates with a higher percentage of cocoa are the most dangerous, as a much smaller ingested amount is enough for it to be an emergency!

Don't hesitate to call us if you suspect your furry friend has ingested chocolate! 🍫

Owners know their pets best, so when you spot a significant change on your pet’s sleeping, eating or moving patterns, don’t chalk it up to something unimportant.

Bathing, clipping hair and taking care of your pet’s nails can be a complicated thing, especially if they have long fur or aren’t too inclined to cooperate!

Fortunately, you can always take them to a professional that will not only do this for you but will do it in a much less stressful way for your pet.

What do you do with your pets? 👉 Take them in to the groomer or do you do it all yourself?

👩‍⚕️Veterinary Nursing Awareness Month👩‍⚕️

After a fun filled day with their patients, Veterinary Nurses also do more behind the scenes work such as cleaning the theatre, prep area and patients’ kennels as well as cleaning, packaging and sterilising the operating equipment.

Our nurses help with assisting the vet during their consultations by giving support such as restraining animals, running urinalysis and blood tests.

Their role can also include bandaging, in-patient care, processing insurance claims and consumables stock control. Puppy parties are also held by one of our Veterinary Nurses on a Tuesday evening.

Finally clients may recognise our Veterinary Nurses voices or faces when they are assisting answering phone calls or helping on the front desk 💚🩷🐾
