Top tips to avoid an emergency Christmas call out

The festive season can bring lots of changes, but keeping your horse's routine normal can help prevent emergency vet visits! Here are a few tips to keep your horse happy and healthy during the holidays:

Stick to their regular routine as much as possible
Ensure they stay hydrated
Feed according to their current activity level (gradually change your horse’s diet)
Carefully check over your horse every day

Keep the holidays merry and stress-free for you and your horse!

A question we get asked a lot what type of horse transporter will we send when you break down?
If recovery is needed we always call you before sending a horse transporter. This is so we can make sure we send you a suitable lorry / trailer and we always ask if you need any extra hay or water bringing along.
We would never send a lorry or trailer before checking you and your horse will be happy with it!
We are very lucky to have a huge list of the best transporters in the UK with a massive range of lorries.
Stallion partitions, herringbone, rear facing, you name it we can fulfill your needs. 💚

Such a great team to be part off 💚

💚The team were exceptional from the initial phone call I made. There was regular communications from the call centre, the horse recovery aspect if required (it wasn’t) and the mechanical team who supported. It was less than 90 mins from initial phone call being made to have the box fixed at the roadside and being mobile again. A highly recommended service which provides great comfort when travelling alone!

💚ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL SERVICE, FRIENDLY REASSURING TELEPHONE STAFF. CAN'T THANK YOU ENOUGH.
