Mae hi wedi bod yn bedair wythnos fisi o rasio. Dechreuodd gyda Delamere Forest Half Marathon lle roeddwn i 🥈 yn y ras. Yna ymlaen i Gynghrair Traws Gwlad Gwent yng Nghaerdydd lle oedd y pen ddim yn y gêm, ond yn rhediad rheoledig da a digon hapus. Y penwythnos nesaf fe nes cymhwyso i gynrychioli Tîm Gorllewin Cymru yn y Pencampwriaethau Traws Gwlad Rhyngranbarthol. Roeddwn yn hynod hapus gyda'r rhediad cryf ar gwrs cyflym. Y tîm yn fy nghategori oedran yn dod yn ail.

Yna y ras olaf heddiw oedd yr olaf o ras pencampwriaeth Sarn Helen, Ras y Mast hoff ras y flwyddyn i fi. Ar ôl Storm Bert roedd hi’n amlwg ei bod hi’n mynd i fod yn wlyb, yn fwdlyd ac yn feddal iawn dan draed. (Dim ond y ffordd dwi'n ei hoffi) Mor falch o fod wedi rhedeg blinder o rediad i ddod i mewn 🥇 yn y ras.

Nawr yn ôl i hyfforddiant y gaeaf yn barod ar gyfer y tymor traciau flwyddyn nesaf.

It's been a busy four weeks of racing. It started off with Delamere Forest Half Marathon where I was 🥈 Overall. Then onto The Gwent League Cross Country in Cardiff where my head wasn't really in the game, but managed a good controlled run. The next weekend where I had qualified to represent Team West Wales in the Inter-regional Cross Country Championships. I was super happy with the strong run on a fast course. Claiming team silver in my age category.

Then the final race was yesterday the last of championship races, a 6.5m fell race, Ras y Mast my favourite race of the year. After Storm Bert it was clear that it was going to be wet, muddy and very soft under foot. (Just the way I like it) So pleased to have run a blinder of a run to come in 🥇 Overall.

Now back to winter training ready for the track season next year.

FULLY EQUIPPED TOP OF THE RANGE GROOMING ROOM AVAILABLE TO RENT.

I have an amazing opportunity for someone to rent a fully equipped grooming room. From 1st January 2025 in Carmarthen town centre.

Days that are available is
⚪Tuesday
⚪Wednesday
⚪Saturday
⚪Sunday

There is currently another groomer that rents the room on a Tuesday and Wednesday and is moving her business out of the area, meaning there are two days a week fully booked with clients already and all these clients will be looking to book in with another groomer. (You would need to contact Becky Dyson at Snippity Clip Bespoke Dog Grooming regarding the clients) You would be running your own business and dealing with your own clients etc. All you need is your own shampoo/products, clippers, blades, scissors and insurance.

🔴Fully insulated room with heating.
🔴Your own entrance for your clients

Cost per day is £46.15 (I would be happy to do a day rate for the first month)

The Cwtsh y Ci Bespoke Dog Grooming building is in the centre of Carmarthen and has its own private carpark. We back onto a huge public carpark. I'm turning approximately 5 - 10 clients away per week. (Passing them onto other groomers in the building)

There are also another two groomers that rent the room on a Monday, Thursday and Friday and we have a great network and work very well together. You will need to be someone that is willing to work alongside other groomers and be professional and tidy.
