You may receive an email from Petchip.network Petchip.Network - Petchip Network advising that your pet’s microchip registration has expired and you need to pay for it to be updated.

PLEASE IGNORE. THIS IS A SCAM.

The email comes with a link taking you to a page showing your pet’s name, microchip number, your contact phone number and looks very convincing. PLEASE IGNORE.

There is a list of approved databases on gov.uk: Get your dog or cat microchipped - GOV.UK

Typically you would only pay a fee on first registering your pet or if you contact the company to update your details.
It is important to keep your pet’s microchip contact details up-to-date including if you move address or change phone number/ email address.

Please contact your microchip provider directly to update your details.

🐾💜Meet Ali- a recent addition to the team. Our Enthusiastic Head Veterinary Nurse💜🐾

At Towy Vets, we're lucky to have an amazing team of professionals who are passionate about keeping your pets happy and healthy.

Ali is a social, warm and compassionate Registered Veterinary Nurse who especially loves helping anxious pets feel at ease in practice, and has a soft spot for all dogs, but especially Beagles, Labradors and Chihuahuas! 🫶🐕

When Ali isn't caring for your furry friends, you can find her somewhere near the coast walking her two beloved pooches, Bear and Molly🩵🩷

We're excited to introduce you to Laura, one of our dedicated Veterinary Nurses here at Towy Vets.

Laura qualified as a Veterinary Nurse from Harper Adams back in 2013.
She has been a valued member of the team for 1 and a half years, bringing her passion for animal care and pet nutrition.

🦴Laura has a special interest in nutrition, she likes to work with owners to help their pets lose weight and seeing the transformation, particularly in their pet's energy levels and overall happiness. Seeing that twinkle return to their eyes and the spring bounce back in their step is the absolute best!

Laura's main hobby is climbing, but she is at her happiness when she is outside- hiking, camping or kayaking. She is also an avid reader and loves curling up with a good book and with her two feline lap warmers- Rosie & Twts📚🐱
