Best Pet friends is a small business run by myself Caroline Adaway. I am based in the town of Carmarthen. My entire working profession has been devoted to the care of disabled children, working 16 years as a social worker for local authorities. Caring is very much in my nature. I decided to have a change of direction and start a part time degree in Animal Science - for fun! I now devote my time he

lping others care for their animals. The care and welfare of clients' pets is of paramount importance and I will at all times practice integrity, trustworthiness and responsibility. I am fully insured for both dog walking and home boarding. I am registered with Carmarthenshire county council as a home boarder.

Currently taking enquiries for day care in September.
Over 10 years experience in dog care, licensed and insured comfortable home environment. Providing a high standard of love and care for your best pet friend.
Typical day consists of arriving 8-8:30 ish, group walk in Pembrey, Kidwelly quays or Llansteffan. Then play in the gardens or snuggle on the sofa. Dogs are collected by 6.
- All male dogs must be neutered
- Unable to take dogs under 6 months or too bouncy or barky.

The floods in Pembrey subsided a lot while I was away and we are finally able to get to more areas of Pembrey 🥳 still can’t get to the tadpole pond though !!!! Hoping couple more weeks of this lovely sun will help 🌞

Back from holiday and Pembrey is even wetter than before I left. Didn’t think that was possible!!! Unable to get to our usual walks as road blocked so stayed in main park for a change. The dogs didn’t seem to mind though 🐕🦮🐩🐕‍🦺🐾

UPDATE -
From 1st January all overnight stays will be £35 ( for 24hours or part of ) Home boarding is only available for dogs that regularly use the day care service.

Day care prices will remain unchanged at £25 ( 8am - 6 pm)

Cancellations have a massive impact therefore cancellations of less than 48 hours will be charged at full rate.
