Are you sick of the never ending dog fur in your house?Do you spend way too much time hoovering and cleaning furniture after your dogs?

Never mind the inconvenience but keeping on top of your dog's grooming regime is also important so they can regulate their temperature well especially on warm sunny days!

Your furry friends might have a low maintenance coat however you both benefit from them having a good deshedding treatment (especially this time a year).

Belle has always been clipped because the owner was previously told she could not be stripped. When she first came to me I advised that the coat was absolutely stripable but owner chose to have it clipped.

This time as a last minute decision owner asked me to strip the coat if I can. To restore a clipped coat takes time but luckily Belle's body was still very stripable in most places! She needs to look her very best this weekend and therefore I decided to use scissors to tidy the bits (legs and chest) that weren''t easily stripabble until next time.

It can be concerning when your beloved pooch doesn't run into the arms of its groomer. It is quite normal though and thete can be many reasons behind it! Afterall they were probably expecting a lovely beach walk with their favourite human but instead they are getting a GRRRROOOM! 😱 from someone they don't really know...😏

Most of the time as soon as you leave, they come to terms with the fact that there will be no beach walks and they settle right down.
