When your 1pm appointment doesn't show, you call them, they answer, you say who you are and they hang up and then don't answer again 😡

Honestly, if you're not going to turn up then please just show us the basic human courtesy of letting us know.
We're a small business and we rely on our clients turning up.
This appointment could have gone to someone else quite easily and it now represents a loss of income.
So thanks for that.
