❗️Important reminder❗️

As many of you are aware I am extremely busy with bookings all the way until January 2026. Which I appreciate so so much and cannot thank all my loyal customers enough.

I have unfortunately had an increase in people turning up late to their appointments or not showing up at all. Which as a small business has an impact with further appointments through the day and with constantly raising costs.

So here is a reminder of a couple of my terms and conditions

- If your appointment needs changing or cancelling please allow a minimum of 48 hours to let me make arrangements (a reminder via text or email is sent 2 days prior to your appointment, I however cannot monitor each and every single appointment which is why I have this system)
If you cancel under 48 hour but over 24 there is a 50% charge of what the groom would be
If you cancel on the day or don’t show up there will be a 100% charge of what the groom would be

If there is no payment made unfortunately your place will be lost as I do have a growing waitlist for people who want a place with me. Customers are being turned away daily as I currently do not have the space as it is only myself.

- if you are running late for your appointment please do let me know, I allow a grace of 15 minutes any later than that it is a no show as I will not have time to complete the groom and then a charge of £5 will be added if you are more than 15 minutes late to pick the dog up

As many of you know I am very understanding that everyone has busy lives and things do crop up, however due to recent circumstances I am having to be stricter with this.

There is also a zero tolerance on anyone who is rude and disrespectful to myself and the business this in turn will lead to you not returning.

Please note all terms and conditions are clearly stated in my grooming shed and are signed prior to the first appointment and can be always viewed by clicking on the link they were signed through.

As many of you will already know Tatterthorn Road is going to be shut from the 16th July until August! You will STILL be able to get to us from Ingleton side but NOT from Bentham side, recommended to follow diversion signs or come along Dumb Tom Road

So please allow a little more time to get to your appointment as other roads will be busier than usual
