My puppy class covers exercises such as the Sit, Down and Touch and Drop plus impulse control exercises such as Wait, Leave it and Jumping up, amongst others. In addition we work on getting a solid recall and walking nicely on a loose lead.

GUNDOG GRADE 2 - SUN 10 NOV 11.15am - 2 spaces left

Puppy Plus is open to any age dog who have done the basics and would like to perfect lead walking, saying hello to other dogs politely without wrenching your shoulder out when they see another dog! We also work on recall, emergency stop with whistle and lots of other useful exercises for everyday life.

Gundog class is for pet Gundogs, or any dog who likes to retrieve. We also work a lot on STAY and impulse control and working your dog from a distance.

Fantastic finish to my super ace Puppy Plus class this morning. They were so good we practiced 10 different ways to get your dog back whilst close to each other and off lead!! (See video) Amazing 🤩 🤩 a very well done to Jock, Tarn and Paddy. Sorry we missed Margo but looking forward to seeing you again soon. ❤️❤️❤️

IF you know of anyone looking for a Flat Coat Retriever puppy (now 10 weeks) with great temperament please let me know and I will put you in touch with the local breeder who comes highly recommended. Very well handled and socialised, training started, and great with children.
