A bit of rain and the Trent bursts its banks again 🤦🏼‍♀️ we’re keeping a close eye on things at the minute and currently remain open.
On a plus note I’ve found the 2nd red ball. Just couldn’t get to it today 🫤 and I have another delivery of tennis balls 🎾 ready for when the Trent behaves 😊 🐕

Went to check on the damage to the field last night…. I could cry 😢 we’ve obviously had a removal firm in and they’ve left a mess. As soon as this beautiful sunshine dries the ground out enough we’ll be down there to put everything back together. Won’t be long and we’ll be open again 😊 🐕

Todays update, Good news… so the water is on its way back to the river 🥳🥳
Bad news…. There’s so much damage, the field is still too wet for us to get on it and safely assess. If you look down the bottom all of the equipment is smashed up again and has all moved. As soon as we can get on it and fix everything up we’ll be open again.

Unfortunately the field is still mostly under water and looks like we won't be able to open until next weekend. If this changes mid week I will update you all. So sorry for the inconvenience this has caused.
