Our trusty works van went in for it's 1st MOT today, not sure if this counts as a failure? Currently on its way back from the garage with this precious cargo! :)

It's amazing as the vehicle was away two days last week and in and out daily this week, looks like we will be parking it up for a few weeks!

We have lived and worked from this location for 18 years this month, this morning we were updating a few website pictures locally, even after all this time the scenery & abundance of wildlife takes my breath away

M25 CRASH UPDATE

Over the past couple of weeks we have had numerous customers get in touch enquiring how Hayley and her adorable Cocker Spaniel "Mitch" are getting on. We are delighted to tell you that they are both fine, albeit a little shaken from their terrible experience., Hayley has replaced her car and Mitch has a new TransK9 to keep him safe on his daily travels.

Today we are celebrating having "S***t" in our TransK9 family for 14 years!
Working her day job as a 'Supermodel' within the company, S***t enjoys meeting and greeting customers, supervising in the warehouse, stealing most things that are edible, riding in the quad, going swimming, going shooting and sleeping a lot - generally just loving life!!

We are very pleased to say that our customer and her dog are okay after this terrible ordeal. Please if fitting a cage in your vehicle make sure it's fitted with a rear escape door (standard fitment on all our cages), you never know when you might need it!

Hello TransK9

I just wanted to say a massive thank you. Today, the unthinkable happened, I was rear ended on the M25 by a van going 70mph.

Me and my spaniel Mitch was on our way back from work (on a school farm) and the lanes were slowing down and filtering off to the slip lane.

I heard the sound of a horn and a screech, I held my breath. I thought, ‘this is it’ and I hoped we’d go quickly with no suffering. To my amazement, I crawled out with merely a scrape and my dog not even a scratch. The crate took the impact.

The police, paramedics and highways England commended the crate. My dog would have not survived without it.

We did have to use the rear escape door. There was no way the boot was opening. The integrity of the rear door has not been affected at all and I was able to get him out through that. The police said that not only did the crate save my dog’s life, it took a lot of the impact which prevented further damage to myself.

I just wanted to say, thank you. Your product saved my dogs life and I will not hesitate in a heartbeat to buy another for my next car.

We are delighted to have our updated and improved 2024 models now available from stock or to pre-order.
Our new "C" range have replaced our previous "B" models with a host of improvements.
The NEW "C" range include a change to the mesh design, not only making it stronger, but giving a more contemporary look overall, we have also strengthened the floor with ribbing and added new rubber feet (unique to us!) to help prevent damage to the corners, but also ensure the box does not move in transit.
We have also added a new design to the carry handles & improved the internal anti-slip matting (plus numerous other manufacturing improvements), in all making these 2024 boxes the best we have ever produced.
We are thrilled how well the new "C" range has been received already, having just had the busiest January in over 20 years!

We also take the security of your precious dog/s very seriously; to date we have used over 70 different key combinations for our locking handles (it's worth remembering we also keep the full range as spares should you misplace them at anytime). Security and safety are paramount within the design of all our products, we are pleased to say we change our key combinations regularly, but remember not all manufacturers are the same!
