Came for the Full Package today both had their grooms , teeth brushing , and a cheeky Facial and they were both superstars 💫 Nell even fell asleep next to my feet 😴

Another embedded grass seed today, it’s so important this time of the year to keep checking inbetween toes and inside ears for hidden grass seeds as they can cause massive problems if they migrate into the ear canal or feet , and a big vets bill!

keeping those feet short in summer can really help as the seeds then don’t have anywhere to stick to and it’s easier to see them

i must say though it’s a very satisfying part of the job pulling them out with the tweezers 😝 LOVE IT!

We welcomed EFFY to the world of grooming today for her first groom

I have never known a dog to sit so still for their photoshoot , they are usually climbing to get off the table or looking at the wall 🙃

Just me preparing in advance for the dreaded flea season! 5L of flea paralysing goodness

Please can everyone make sure they are keeping up with their regular flea treatments, and make sure if you are applying spot on to the back of the neck to make sure that the liquid goes directly onto the skin and doesn’t just sit on the fur.

And if your dog has fleas before their appointment to let me know so i can prepare to exterminate

First Big Boy groom for Bob!

what a superstar at only 6 months old

Bob has a really long thick coat that would of been unmanageable to keep long for any longer , so to avoid any potential shave offs we agreed for him to have a full groom slightly earlier than we usually would.

The moment i cleared his eyes and he could see the world his little tail started wagging with pure excitement , i love my job!

Oh we do love a shiny schnauzer beard ✨

Max had quite a bad build up of dental plaque on most of his teeth and very dark staining on his beard…

He had the full teeth cleaning experience and a marshmallow facial to break down those stains , his beard thinned out and a lip line shave under his beard to get rid of any excess hair and help keep his beard cleaner for longer

His mum was shocked at how clean his beard looked! ❤️

The Marshmallow brightening facials are going down a treat! And can be added for just £5 extra! i’ve also noticed the scent seems to calm and the dogs just love having their faces massaged!

Bronte & Peanut Approve and we had some lovely feedback from dots pawrents too

Duke & Rocko Had the pleasure of These 2 little xmas puddings today , can anyone guess what breed they are? Both had their first puppy introduction grooms , bath blowdry nails filled pads trimmed and a spritz of Miracle Coat Elixir to keep their coats fluffy shiny and tangle free 🎄

Teddy has joined the Pride & Groom Family

Luna the spaniel came for her first grooming experience a bath dry and trim , displaying some common signs of being slightly overwhelmed , lip licking and yawning , so taking things slowly ,letting her have time off the table to reset and using the soft drier from a distance , allowing her to give me her paw when she was ready for me to use scissors ,extra treats and lots of reassurance. We know dogs have to be groomed for their overall health and well-being and not all dogs will enjoy it She thoroughly enjoyed some kisses from Clifford afterwards and lots more fuss and treats before she left on a high note 💗
