Hello all,

As you know I have always been fair with my pricing and tried to keep my prices as low as possible.
However, after submitting my tax return, I have no alternative but to increase my prices 😢
Therefore there will be a price increase as of 1st February 2024.

Hi all….

Please note with the weather being so warm I may have to bring your groom forward a little so please keep an eye on your phones for messages on the run up to your groom.

Also I have no more availability now until the 1st August onwards.

Please bare in mind, with summer ☀️just around the corner, it may be wise for some of you, especially Cockerpoo’s who go more than 6wk to bring your dogs forward a wk or two sooner for their next groom.
Some dogs are taking an hr or more to dry as their coats are so long and thick. This is not fair on your dog especially in the summer months.

Please note I am not a dog sitter!

If I could ask you all to keep in mind that when your dog is with me, I’m roughly 1.5 to 2hrs.
Therefore could I please ask you to keep an eye on your phone during this time as I always message with a time to collect.

Just want to say to all the 🐾 and their owners that have come through my door this year “THANK YOU”
Thank you also for all the lovely gifts of christmas cheer it really is appreciated and will be happily eaten and drank over the next few days.

Please note as of January 2023 I will be reducing my hours. Therefore if you want to keep to a regular grooming schedule please try and book in at your last apt.
If you’ve asked me to book you in, in the new year and I’ve not got back to you to confirm then please message me as I will have forgotten as been so busy.

All that’s left to say is

Not the post you want to read but I’ve had to move with the times!

PRICE INCREASE
Obviously with the increase in energy bills, I’m having to make a price increase on grooms.
Since I started working for myself I’ve kept my prices low and barely come away with a wage. But I just can’t do this anymore.

I will honour the dogs booked in this month and start from October.

Should you be booked in, in October and want to cancel your appointment then please do let me know.

Notice…

I have made the decision to no longer accept bank transfers as method of payment.
I find myself each week having to constantly chase for payment, hours, days after a groom and it’s starting to get me down!
Therefore going forward I will only accept cash on collection.

.....And just like that, we're into the 2nd week of January, time sure is flying by!

So on that note, could I just point out that due to a change in my working hours anyone more than10 minutes late for their appointment will now have to rebook.

Also, sorry to mention again, but if you pay by bank transfer could I ask if you can pay before or on collection. I still find myself chasing for payment a day or two after the groom.
Cash is still accepted and preferred.
