Is one of your New Year’s Resolutions to join a gym? 💪🏋️

Did you know that getting enough exercise isn’t just important for us, but for our rabbits too!

While your gym bunnies can’t pump iron with you, you can make sure that they get their cardio in. But to do this, rabbits need space – and lots of it at that!

We recommend a minimum and secure space of 3m x 2m and 1m high, ideally with access at all times, so they can run around with ease.

Remember that indoor rabbits need just as much space as those living outside and all of them need to be able to access the space all the time.

The vaccine which is effective about the new ‘highly virulent’ strain of RVHD2 is now available for vets to order from their wholesalers.

We advise that rabbits are given this vaccine in addition to the existing combi vaccine. Please discuss this with your vet.

Lovely older man Kurt is around 6. He's vaccinated, and has just been neutered so will be ready to be bonded around the end of January 2025. He is currently an outdoor bun. Kurt is a very laid back rabbit and nothing seems to faze him. He has been almost perfect with a litter tray since day one apart from a few stray poos. He loves his food and he is an excellent hay eater.

He doesn’t seem particularly interested in toys unless they contain food but does love to climb and look out the window. He is inquisitive and quickly learnt how to use the cat flap and the food ball so wouldn’t take much to settle into a new environment.
