WoW! 30 down 1 to go… I can’t believe I’m saying that! Its certainly has been an epic journey, pushing my body to its limits then pushing it beyond what I thought wasn’t possible but here I am still standing, ready to go one last time!

It’s been the most challenging day so far! Not because I’m hurting with every step I take, my body has accepted and it knows to keep pushing through the pain!
It’s been more of a big battle in my head constantly telling me to throw the towel in and quit!! I’ve had fight every inch of today’s run
But I keep reminding myself why I’m doing this…. For a charity that really does make a difference “MIND”
