I've had so many beautiful calico cats staying over the last week! They are all girls of course (the chances of a male calico are 1 in 3000 due to the genetics of this colour pattern) and they are all soooo sweet, not a trace of the legendary tortitude with these ladies (except maybe when Blossom tells her brother Archie off occasionally, but that's understandable isn't it?)

Our new plant based diet for cats is going down a storm! We've been trialling some new recipes over the Easter weekend, and despite a wide selection of meat and fish options, it's the new vegan dishes that have been the most popular choices on our menu with guests. Cats at our luxury hotel have been enjoying homegrown organic oat grass and homemade carrots lightly infused with herbs 🌱🥕😉

We had quite a few guests go home yesterday after the weekend, and several more arriving over the next few days, so today we just have 11 guests in the hotel. When I was preparing breakfasts this morning I suddenly realised they are ALL girls 😍 what are the chances of that? Well Owen worked it out of course 😂, he reckons 1 in 2048! That means it would only happen about once every 40 years 😮 So to mark this special day, here they all are for you, every one of them beautiful, precious and much loved ❤🐈‍⬛🐈‍⬛🐈‍⬛🐈‍⬛🐈‍⬛🐈‍⬛🐈‍⬛🐈‍⬛🐈‍⬛🐈‍⬛🐈‍⬛❤

Here we have Fox and Rio playing dangly string, Neo playing with the funny butterfly, Moonshine getting treats out of her puzzle feeder, Rocco playing ball (all day!), Lenny and Ziggy catching the birdie, and Lilly enjoying window seat fusses ❤ Aren't they all so lovely?
