IMPORTANT NOTICE !
Unfortunately we are experiencing a high volume of No shows or on the day Cancellations, we lose up to 2 Hours paid work time.so please be respectful of our time and our business by showing up to your appointment. For the 18 years of glamourpets we have never charged for such occasions even though we have a policy in place to cover this. It is with sadness due to the volume of appointments missed lately we have no choice but to enforce our policy which will incur charges for No shows and late cancellations.

Below is a summery of our updated policy.

When you forget or cancel an appointment without giving us enough notice,We miss the chance to fill that appointment slot and clients on our waiting list miss the chance to take the free slot. And our grooming time which is reserved specifically for your dogs appointment gets wasted.

There are no fees for cancellations or reschedules that have given no less than 24 hours notice.

Cancellations or reschedules giving less than 24-hour notice will be charged

£15 per pet for 1St missed appointment
£20 per pet for 2nd missed appointment
On your 3rd Missed appointment unfortunately you will no longer be welcome back to Glamourpets.

No Shows or Cancellations on the day of the appointment will be charged a £30 No show fee.

All charges will need to be paid when re booking your pet with us.

When texting to cancel or reschedule an appointment please make sure you get a confirmation text or phone back confirming you have Cancelled or Rescheduled your grooming appointment.
To reschedule or cancel an appointment please call or Text Marie on: 07970401166

If you are cancelling your appointment outside normal working hours, please leave a voicemail message or text message providing:
your name, dogs name, time and date of appointment.
