I recently had a rather beautiful walking & hiking staff come in for some work. The customer wanted a leather handle adding, something tonal to work well with the gorgeous wood it had been carved from.

These door stops are back in the range this year for gifts as I've managed to secure a small amount of the super soft leather they are made from.

Beautifully butter-soft London Tan leather, handmade with top hand stitched and filled with sand. A stylish way to hold doors open.

Just Mr Pea showing Dudley just how fast he had to go Sunday at the ODE. Not sure how to tell him he needs to go even faster! 🤣

There's no secret that showjumping isn't my favourite thing (jumping a big hedge so much easier than a 90cm oxer!!!) So you can imagine how I felt coming into this, the last fence of a decent 90 course, knowing we were clear and it was a team event too to add to the pressure! Mr Pea obviously had no idea and, in his usual forgiving way, got me round, and we were clear!! 😀 Very nearly in the individual placings but a team win and qualification for Lamberts Castle Riding Club. And a massive personal win getting a lovely clear round.

Attention span of a goldfish...

Mr P heard that Sunday brings 'circles" in public. He needed a sit down after hearing this.

Short clip of our jumping round from Tuesday. Thank you Charlotte Warman Bitting Solutions for the new bit, so much better.

Time for Mr Pea to get inside the dressage boards. Not pure dressage, lets not get carried away! Combined training at Chard Equestrian on Tuesday. The weather was awful, windy, horribly wet, and foggy, and Pea hates rain! But we did it, stayed inside the boards, walk, trot and cantered in the right places and I remembered where to go!! It's a long way from perfect, but for his 1st attempt, it was perfect enough. A new bit for jumping resulted in a much nicer round with just 1 unfortunate pole. So we came last but I'm thrilled and we can only get better..... 😃
