Little Hooves Equine A unique Riding School and Pony Club Linked Centre in the heart of the Cambridgeshire Countryside. Hi, I’m Natalie, founder of Little Hooves.

Bringing Ponies and People together in a safe and supportive outdoor environment. Improving wellbeing through calm connection and relationship building. With over 20 years in the equine industry, I'm a British Horse Society Accredited Professional Coach, experienced in coaching riders of all ages and abilities and managing equestrian centres. At Little Hooves, we unite ponies and people, fostering

compassionate communication and mutual understanding. Our passion lies in nurturing relationships built on respect, kindness, and understanding, ensuring both humans and ponies enjoy each other's company. We provide instruction in riding, stable management, pony care, and horsemanship. Our sessions are engaging, educational, and hands-on with our ponies. As a Pony Club Linked Centre, children can earn official Pony Club Achievement Badges and awards. We pride ourselves on our fun, interactive, and structured learning environment, using diverse teaching methods to cover topics from grooming to horse anatomy. Our sessions blend practical pony care with theoretical activities, incorporating worksheets, arts and crafts, and games to enhance learning.

Meet Reggie, the new pony on the block!

Reggie has come to live with us and help us on the riding school!

He is an experienced chap and at 12 years old has spent all his life with his wonderful owner learning all about natural horsemanship in various ways.

We are giving Reggie plenty of time to settle in and he has done some of the non-ridden sessions with us so far.

When it was written in the stars and we totally lucked out that the Blue Cross companion pony that came to live with us to be Rose’s friend, is actually turning out to be the ULTIMATE little riding pony! 😍

Hocas - on her training journey to become a firm favourite in the riding school!

And the best part is, she loves the interaction, is totally unflappable and seems to genuinely enjoy her job! ❤️

In our ‘renamed’ Pony Care Club (previously Horsemanship Huddle), on Thursday, we taught the girls the beginnings of lunging and long reining. The girls did brilliantly and Fred, as usual, was a total 🌟!!

Giving the horses somewhere soft to lay now the ground has gone rock hard is really important. They must lay down each day to have their REM sleep and stay healthy and well. Here is Dudley and Alice taking advantage of laying on the soft pile of hay before they eat it! Hocas didn’t get the memo and is trying to eat around them!!! 🤣
