WoW! 2024 grooming all done.
A massive Thank You to all my clients who stuck with me following my move to Chatteris at the beginning of the year, and a massive Thank You to all my new clients for joining the Woofers family.
Hoping you all have a wonderful Christmas. Looking forward to seeing old friends and meeting new ones in 2025.

You know I love the big hairy woofers, so welcome Alex. He came with his muzzle on, just incase I was a bit intimidated because he's huge! We hit it off straight away and I spent the next three hours in woofer heaven with fur flying.

The vets quote over £400 to clean Sashas teeth. Unfortunately, I didn't take 'before' photos. This is after 1 session. Sasha was very cooperative. I've recommended adding Woof Fresh to her drinking water. I trialed this and it worked really well over 8 weeks.

Second session and he tried to jump on before I'd got the harness on. No food treats this time just lots of praise.

Still Digby...for some reason I can share two clips on one post.
This is nothing short of a mirical. To say Digby was 'extremely stressed' being groomed is an understatement. However, look at him now.
I sent this clip to the trainer and we had some great feedback. I could honestly cry I am that proud of this boy.

This is Digby. This is MASSIVE. No muzzle, and I'm not being over confident or flippant. I don't want to get bitten any more than I want to put him in the position where he has no alternative but to bite either the nozzle or me.
I have been working with a trainer/behaviourist not to train your woofers, but to train and educate me. I got to a point with two of my boys where things weren't progressing so I got help. This was Digbys 2nd groom with my 'new attitude'.

Teeth brushing now available at Woofers.

I have also trialed this denal care solution for Poppy's Pets as Maisie had a lot of plaque on her teeth. I can safely say this works. It took a few weeks but definitely made a visible difference.

One of the good things about grooming friends woofers is that they keep your feet on the ground. Thanks Corinne 😕😍
