Senior Dogs 😍
Senior Dogs - this is Millie, she is a 14 year old Labradoodle. As dogs get older they struggle to stand for long periods of time which is absolutely fine by me.
Millie is having a little lay down whilst I’m drying her, she can lay down as much as she likes until I really need her to stand up when I will assist her and support her if needs be.
Sometimes it means the haircut isn’t as neat as it used to be but I don’t care about that, I care more about the comfort and welfare of the dog I have with me.
This also goes for dogs with injuries, illness or recovering from operations etc.
As long as the dog is as comfortable and as happy as can be then I’m happy 😊
