Just had laser therapy and now watching dog rescuers, whilst we relax, and have PEMF, and a cuddle. Def feeling more MyLo, had a little play yesterday and had an incredibly good night's sleep. IVDD really is a cruel disease, but whilst he can fight, we'll fight it. Love you so much MyLo

He's still on crate rest. Last night we had a horrible minute of yelping and complete body tension. Thankfully after 2 laser sessions and 12 hours full rest, (bum changes and breakfast were slipped in) he's now feeling much more MyLo and is even chewing his favourite toy. It feels like we're going 3 steps forward and 2 steps back, but progress is progress. Thank you for all the lovely messages. I'm an emotional wreck, but so grateful for all this love and positivity.

He's had a bad morning, was stiff this morning, and has screamed a little. I've given him extra tramadol, have only been doing the lowest dose, and back to HydroDobes K9 Hydrotherapy - Alex Locke Cert HSA, ICH, Mirvap today. Send him positive thoughts please.

Good morning campers.

So obviously MyLo is paralysed and incontinent, which means i have to basically squeeze his wee out, throughout the day. This morning he decided to fight me squeezing him, so i thought he'd finished..... he was in fact waiting, until i was dealing with his bum, and wee'd all over me. Strong controlled wee. I was equally elated and mortified. I then held him to finish weeing, and his legs twitched like they dancing. I'm not sure if it's just a glitch in the matrix, but I'm so proud of my resilient little boy

MyLo gets really dry pads, so today they were filed, and smothered in Bugalugs Pet Care paw and nose balm. Then socks and snuggles. It's a hard life

The realities of feeding a disabled dog. His food and meds are mixed, his bum changed, he's laid on his peanut ball to keep his form more natural, then he's spoon fed (that's because he's a diva). I'm so lucky to have him ♥

It's one year today that MyLo was paralysed. Bittersweet if I'm honest, a whole year adjusting to this new normal, but grateful for every day. He's just been for a slug in the garden, and is trying to manipulate me into giving him more treats, he's definitely not daft

LIttle Louis 4-5 Year Old Frenchie.

Louis needs a female only home and no other pets or children.

We believe Louis has come from a domestic abuse relationship and as a result is not good with men at present.

Louis is also nervous outside home so a confident foster is needed who can deal with Louis reactivity on walks.

He is a beautiful boy who really needs someone to work with him

He is currently based in Essex but we are willing to travel for the right home.

Good morning. Mum copped us another bån, but we're back now. 🥳

The reflux is still driving us mad, although we're trying everything, and walking after every meal, which seems to help keep everything moving. We met a lovely fellow bulldog mum yesterday, who gave us a huge pile of puppy pads, which we really appreciate.... she also spoon feeds her babies, so MyLo is now convinced this is normal.... today we are staying in the warm and continuing our bªttle to get rid of the reflux.... wish us luck

Snoring in his bed.... life is definitely more normal.... although at 5 am he woke me up making strange noises, and I panicked, checked he'd not been sick. Gave him a cuddle.... then realised he'd woken me up because he'd kicked his duvet off and his electric heat pad had switched itself off..... i tucked him in and turned his pad back on, he was asleep within seconds...... I think I might be getting played...... 😒

Good morning, from MyLo the mischievous.... he's feeling much better, and honestly, thank you, you were all so lovely and supportive.

They think his digestive system had got a bit blocked, kidneys and other organs were fine on his tests. He had an injection and has been getting better daily.

This morning he's been told off several times and run away when he needed his bum changed.... so normal service has resumed. Every day with this boy is a blessing 💙

We're back at the emergency vet. He's been really sick. Given everything he's been through, it's not looking good for MyLo. Please pray for him if you're inclined. I'm not even sure how I'm going to pay the vet bill. I just know he deserves to not feel this awful. I'm terrified and don't want to lose him
