Just wanted to clear up any misunderstanding, I am still grooming, I lecture at the university two days a week. So am not available on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
I have availability
On Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays.

The upside to customers not turning up to their appointments today has ment I’ve had time to get to grips with my cricut.

Downside is I’m going to have to enforce deposits. Not just for new customers, but all I’m afraid. I didn’t want to have to do this but im afraid it’s increasing, not just here but across the board.
Deposit can be made in cash or by card.

And just a reminder if cancellation is made under 24 hours the full price will be required before you can book another appointment.
