Just a polite reminder that if you cannot make your appointment to let us know as soon as possible. We have had a lot of no shows in the last few weeks with no notice given. We are a very busy small business and unfortunately we will have to charge a 20% no show fee to anyone cancelling/ not showing up on the date of their appointment. It is with great sadness that I am making this post, over the weekend Hannah’s mum Eve became suddenly very unwell and has unfortunately passed away. Many of you may remember Eve as our receptionist for many years before Ian took over. Eve was an amazing mother, wife and grandmother and will be hugely missed by everyone who knew her. She was always so proud of every venture that Hannah took and everything she has accomplished. X###

She first went as a competitor 8 years ago, the biggest competition she’d ever been to and now she’s living the dream. She absolutely loves this competition.
