A very emotional last day in the cabin. I just want to thank you all soso much for all your support over the last 8 years, without you and your beautiful dogs I wouldn’t have been able to achieve what I have. Thank you also for all of your lovely gifts and cards over the last few weeks! Gooner and I will miss you all!

Hi all,

I have had a few late cancellations and people rearranging their appointments with very short notice. Please can I ask that you give me more that 48 hours to cancel or rearrange an appointment. It is very difficult to fill slots with such short notice especially when I have a full day of grooming.

Just a reminder of the cancellation policy that I have in place:

Anything cancelled within 24 hours of appointment will be charged 100% of groom fee.

Anything cancelled 24-48hrs of appointment 50% of groom fee will be charged.

New customers will be charged at £20 deposit.

I hope you understand and thank you for your continued support.

To some people this may not seem like a lot, dogs love treats, right? But I cannot tell you how beyond happy and proud I am of this boy. I have been working with him for almost 4 years now and this is the first time he has accepted a treat or come back to me when I have called his name. I have been told by his owners that since they rescued him he has never taken a treat from someone outside the house so this is a huge deal. He also (after helping with his front legs) jumped his back end up into the bath, again this is absolutely massive for him. Sometimes working with dogs and gaining trust is extremely hard and that is before the grooming, although this has taken so long it really does make it all worth it. Well done boy! 🐶😊
