Aska was rescued from the street to be neutered and released because there was no space for taking on another dog in the shelter. However, it was found out that people were being cruel to her, throwing stones at her and she could not stay on the street. She is a 5 year old Labrador/Hound mix - gorgeous and very friendly, trusting, confident and loyal to people.
She arrived in a poor state, very skinny and full of small cuts and injuries, yet was trusting and gentle with rescuers. She has now been in our care for several years and she has been a really good dog. She is much happier and healthier - ready to find her forever home.
Aska has learnt to walk well on the lead, only pulling a little bit at the beginning of the walk out of excitement. Aska is great with male dogs and socialises well but unfortunately, she does not like all female dogs so a home with a male dog or as an only dog would be recommended for her.
Aska is fully vaccinated, microchipped, spayed, treated for fleas and worms and has tested negative for Brucellosis and Leishmania.

Mandy
This 2 year old was found roaming in the fields after New Year. Initially the rescuer thought she was lost due to fireworks but after enquiries no in the nearby village and online one asked for her.
She has been named Mandy and she is now fully vaccinated, spayed, microchipped, treated for fleas and worms and has tested negative for Brucellosis. Mandy has a lovely character like a golden retriever and is about the size of a labrador. She is extremely friendly and loving with people and other dogs, The vet thinks she is no more than 2 years old.
