“I will never forget the day Jo at Ruddles Farm Country Supplies called me telling me about a new feed that had come out and would be perfect for Ben! Long story short, my horse became very poorly last year, leaving him very underweight and looking horrendous!

For months and months, Jo and I had tried all sorts of different feeds for him in the hope that he would gain weight and condition, and sadly nothing would work.

As soon as Jo received Care & Gain, we put Ben on it. Karen from Allen & Page then came out to me, popped Ben on the weighbridge, and confirmed that he was very underweight and only had a body condition score of 1 / 1.5. She gave me further advice and suggested she come back again in a few months.

Fast forward four months. Karen came back and was so pleased with the difference in Ben. His weight was normal, and his body condition score was perfect! Now it was time to crack on and start working on building up muscle.

Now we are just over five months in. Ben is looking better than ever, and he certainly feels good! He is fit, strong, and healthy. His coat is gleaming, and he has got his spark back!
