Very busy in Field 2 today. The wild flowers have gone over and seed has dispersed, so have cut it all back. Still more to do, but its nice to see the giant paw print looking tidy again 🙂

Busy in Field one yesterday. Changed water and did more weeding in the sandpit!!

Hopefully we can get it mown soon 🚜 when availability and the weather allows!

A bit of weeding done in Field one. Big muddy hole also filled and field mown down at tunnel end. Still lots more to do. Please let us know if you can't make the field as we shall use every opportunity to carry out maintenance. Thank you 🙂

Our dog Bertie has great balance when it comes to drinking from water troughs!

Our girl however, doesn't!

Dogs are all so different and unique in their own ways!

Does your dog amaze you with an ability? Is he agile or have great balance like Bertie here? Or maybe he has a party trick of his very own?!

Or is your dog more clumbersome, like our girl Loma? (nicknamed 'Loma long legs!')

National Dog Day was Monday 26th August (the day we came back off holiday!)

So we are celebrating it 2 days later. Here is a little bit about one of our dogs, Loma

She came to us 4 years ago (just before lockdown). Her owners were moving to a place that didnt allow dogs, so we took her on.

She has a very happy life with us here, spending a lot of time out in our fields, enjoying snifferdog training and occasionally playing tennis ball 🥎

She also enjoys the quieter life and will paw you if you stop stroking her!

Please feel free to share photos and a little about your own dog. We would love to hear how they came into your lives and how they light up your life!

🐕‍🦺 As an APDT member I can offer Good Companion Awards. There are several levels to work through. Training doesn't stop once puppy classes finish!

📝 There are notes after each class and various videos throughout course to support you!

🏫 I have a large spacious barn to work in, which has partitions for optimum success!

🌳 I set classes up to help prepare for real life scenarios. We also have outdoor areas we can use 🙂
