SUNDAY OPENING 8.30am-6.30pm for on the day appointments to treat sick pets only, at our Chepstow branch.

Prices: £200 Vet Consultation, £40 telephone Vet Consultation (which will be waived if your pet comes in for treatment)

There is no charge for Nurse telephone advice/ triage so please call us on 01291 625205 for advice.

Caldicot Relocation! The word seems to be out, so we thought we better keep our lovely Caldicot clients in the loop. We have been looking to relocate our Caldicot branch for some time due to limitations on what we can offer from the current premises and we have just put 81 Newport Road up for sale. This will take some time and nothing has been finalised yet but be reassured we are definitely staying in Caldicot and we will make every attempt to ensure there is as little disruption as possible to the service your pets receive from us. Exciting times ahead. More updates to follow.

NEWS FLASH!
We are trialling an extension to the opening hours at our Chepstow branch for the month of January, with SUNDAY OPENING for urgent cases only, from 8.30am-6.30pm. We will continue to direct appropriate cases to our out-of-hours provider VetsNow at Langstone. Phone our usual number 01291 625205 and you will be advised where your pet can be seen on the day.
