Dear FB friends, this is a plea for your help.
Early this morning, Tuesday 14th May 2024, I came across a lost dog running into the road by the the Hampton Court Gates of Bushy Park.
The car parks and area were searched for anyone, but no owner was found. I called the police who arranged for the local dog warden to collect it. The dog is safe and in their care.
I rang for an update and sadly the dog has no owner details logged on the chip.
So, I am asking if you would share this with your pals and hopefully the dog can be reunited with it's family soon. I haven't added any details to protect the dog from unwanted attention.
Thank you

This is sad...please make sure if your fury purring family members like to go out, they are either microchipped or have a safety collar on with your contact details....

For your information with Christmas greetings to you all.

December is here and lots of us will be beginning to decorate our homes for Christmas.

The Christmas poinsettia - Euphorbia pulcherrima - has a reputation for being a toxic plant.
However In the majority of cases, ingestion will cause mild gasterointestinal irritation requiring only symptomatic and supportive care.

Signs may include drooling, vomiting, lethargy and depression. The signs are rapid in onset and self-limiting.

If your pet has nibbled on a poinsettia and you are concerned, call the Animal PoisonLine for advice on 01202 50900.

Please be careful where you leave your chocolate, make sure your beloved dogs cannot get at it, they can be very resourceful when they smell something they think is yummy xx

Be aware! Cable ties on street lamp posts. It has been highlighted by a number of UK police forces that cable ties on lamp posts could be a code used by dog thieves! If you see these, you are free to remove them and dispose of them responsibly. Please don't just drop them on the ground for a dog to try and eat. Thank you
