A deceased black and white male neutered cat has been found on Broom Lane near roundabout of Stonebridge pub Neville’s cross.
White paws and belly. He is chipped but it is not registered.

The role would be situated between both of our sites - Chester and Durham.
Previous experience with animals is essential for this role. Full training will be provided.

A large aspect of this role will be assisting the vets/nurses and maintaining a clean and hygienic environment in practice.

Other duties include:
• Animal Handling
• Assisting with preparation for surgical procedures and in patient care
• Accurately taking and recording vitals signs
• Providing nutrition and TLC to patients
• Running laboratory testing such as, blood and urine
• Maintaining surgical equipment

Taking blood samples, placing intravenous catheters, monitoring anaesthesia, caring for inpatients, providing nurse led consultations, performing radiographs, running laboratory tests, preparing patients for surgery, calculating and administering medications, assisting vets with surgeries, bandages, performing potentially life saving CPR, triaging and MUCH MUCH MORE! 💉🩻🔬🩸
