UPDATES RULES FOR OVERNIGHT BOARDING

These rules come into effect from Sunday 1st June 2024.

1. Drop off is 9.30-10am

2. Pick up is 9-9.30 am

3. Confirmation will only be made with a non-fundable deposit

4. Remaining balance is due on or before arrival

5. Any cancellation must be 2months prior to the arrival date (or full balance will still be payable).

6. Un- neutered female can not be boarded and if they come into heat while boarding they will need to be collect straightaway, and No boarding for 2weeks after.

7. Emergency contacts must be someone who can be contacted/collect do if you are unable to collect yourselves (ie out of the country.

8. Bank holidays require additional charges (ask at the time of booking).

If pick up can not be achieved by the desired time a daycare may be arranged at an additional charge.
