Update on the car saga -
I’m now on day 8 of having no car, after the garage collected it last Tuesday to repair. I have now made the decision to cut my losses and refuse the vehicle. I’m hoping the matter of a refund from the dealer is sorted out quickly so I can find a new car and get back to normal.
I apologise profusely to everyone I have let down and messed around over the past 8 days. It’s not the standard I pride myself on and I’m upset this has had to happen over the busiest period of the year.
For everyone booked in for clipping in the coming days I will just have to see how things go. I can’t see myself being able to purchase a new vehicle this week unless the dealer moves swiftly on the matter (doubtful!)
