Fantastic dog friendly overnight stay The Spread Eagle, Sawley . Its a pub that's a favourite of ours.

They couldn't do enough to cater for and ensure our (borrowed) Bo's needs were met.

Great walks along the River Ribble and Sawley Abbey remains all on the doorstep.

Juno’s socialisation continues with a visit to the farm!

She’s been meeting livestock and will be meeting some cats and kittens too.

She is doing so well in her foster home where she is learning so much, and her foster Mum says she is the easiest dog she has ever fostered with a beautiful temperament and a joy to have around 🧡

Juno is a GSDxRottie and is in foster in Shrewsbury. She is learning to cope with other dogs and being helped to overcome her anxiety of them through careful exposure from a qualified trainer.

Poor Cassius 💔

Despite all those comments, likes and shares in his posts, not one single offer to provide a temporary foster home, not one application to offer him a Furever Home 😢

He’s an 18 month old bull lurcher boy, dog friendly, kid friendly, never met cats.

He’s strong on the lead but I’ve handled worse, he travels nicely, crate trained, house trained and in the North West at the moment, living in a van through no fault of his own.

Please can you help us by liking, commenting and sharing and let’s give it another go today?

Juno has NOT put a paw wrong in her foster home, and it’s actually testament to her beautiful personality that even though it’s NOT the ideal space for her, she’s been such an amazing house guest.

She’s allowed a toddler to pick up a dummy from between her paws, she’s respectfully sat behind a stair gate when access withdrawn when actually the size of her she could simply pop over.

She’s shared sofa space in the evening but been happy to give up that space and comfort during the day when the kids are around.

Honestly she has not put a paw wrong it’s just not the right circumstances and logistics for this big, beautiful loving girl.
