We're set to enjoy a mini-heatwave, with today forecast to be the hottest day of the year so far. ☀️

Unfortunately, this heat can be fatal to our dogs so it's really important to be aware of when our dogs are at risk. Our handy guide shows when temperatures are safe for your dog outside.

Did you know dog theft is not defined as a specific crime, with dogs classed as ‘property’ under the Theft Act 1968.

To help change the law, Neighbourhood Watch is encouraging the public to sign a petition to make dog theft a specific criminal offence. https://petition.parliament.uk/petitions/560216
