Rachael’s Home Dog Boarding is a registered Business. Registered with Companies House, Registered with the Tax Man, Registered with the Council.

As per paperwork and Meet and Greets, (as much as possible) clients need to stick to the same days so I know my numbers for my license incase I get a spot visit.

Obviously I try to be as accommodating as possible.

As per paperwork you pay for the days you book so as to keep your spot, it’s like a nursery or gym membership.

If the client cancels you still pay to keep you spot in my business, however if I cancel then you are refunded or it goes on account.

Does that make sense?

It is NOT possible to pick and choose which days without consulting me first. It is also NOT possible to change my own policies and procedures regarding cancellations and refunds.

I never put messages on here regarding business, however, all my clients have jobs, and this is mine. I have bills and payments to make like everyone else, and a salary to live on.
