Hey guys ๐Ÿ‘‹

Just a heads up, we are trying to get the grass cut, hopefully it will be done Sunday. We are struggling with very limited time at the moment to get up to the paddock.
One of our dogs had an accident at home and dislocated her leg from her hip, she had it manipulated back in but it failed so Jet needed surgery to keep her leg fixed in place. At the moment she is under 24 hrs supervision but is making good progress.

We just wanted to thank everyone for there patience and hopefully everything will be sorted soon ๐Ÿ™

Hi Everyone,

Just want to make it clear, when we have temperatures that are exceeding over 24 degrees, your session will be cancelled, you will either be offered a refund or a code to book at a later date. We don't do this to mess people around, we do it for the safety of everyone's pooches.
So please accept my decision and don't try and tell me I'm wrong, and then say your gonna bad review us for not letting you go.

On another note hope everyones keeping their dogs cool ๐Ÿพ

Hi Everyone ๐Ÿ‘‹

Just a heads up, anyone going to be using the paddock over the next few weeks, please bear in mind the grass is starting to grow. We will not be getting it cut till it's completely dry.

As you can all agreed it's been a very wet year so far, we have tried to keep the paddock open as much has possible to give your pooches a good run out even tho it's been really muddy at times. So we have decided to make sure the grass gets good growth and thickens up first to help us going into next winter. Be advised if you bring your own tennis balls use at your risk.

Cheers everyone thank you for your support. ๐Ÿ’™

Morning everyone ๐Ÿ’™

We are getting alot of queries about the rules in terms of exercising XL bullies at the paddock.

The terms have been set out by defra for private hire.

Some of it isn't perfect in terms of the 1:1 ratio specially if you have multiple bullies. But it's definitely a start. But the good thing is they won't need to be muzzled once in the paddock, which is a positive.

These are the terms which will need to be met in order to use the paddock.

CAN WE GET BUSTER TO THE UK

Not the pics I like to see but important all the same !

I thought I'd let you all know Busters backstory as we know it !
Suzanne first saw him along the beach by Calisto restaurant around July time he was very thin and refusing food he had likely just been dropped off by the shelter having being neutered and tagged.
As he was so unwell she contacted the local charity and on the 17th August he was collected and taken to the vets where he spent the next month poorly with blood parasites / anaemia and a few other ailments.
He was released back onto the street on 15th Sept, we flew on our cheap & cheerful holiday after a bit of a stressful year on 16th I quickly found my spot on the beach and saw him sleeping by the changing huts foolishy I thought he was owned and having a snooze in the shade (how lovely) as the day went on more and more dogs rocked up so I decided to do some research and discovered that they were street dogs !!!!!
I was horrified and there began a week of worry.
I was unaware Suzanne was looking out for him and feeding him up at this time but we would ensure he had water and the best meat our AI could provide.
By the end of our hols we were smitten so on return I searched the Internet and found HAYAD on Facebook and started searching their posts it didn't take me too long and there it was the post I was looking for and he had a name Buster, I noticed a comment on the post from Suzanne and I immediately messaged her and forced her to be my friend ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ between us we have managed to keep him fed and even had the vet out to the beach to cut his nails flee and worm him !
Thoughts soon turned to I wish I could bring him to live here with us but as I have a very grumpy jealous baby here I honestly thought it was a pipe dream that he would get a happily ever after but just couldnt shake off the thought of him during the winter time searching for food in the wet/cold.
I then had a bright idea I would put feelers out if I helped to fund him would there be anyone willing to home him and all I can say is wow what an emotional few weeks its been !
I still doubt myself daily but keep the thought in my head winter is going to see few tourist for company and certainly no steak from the hotels AI.
As we know he's now safe in foster and on his way to the UK early next year.
Thank you all so so much for your donations / support so far, I am very aware that times are tough and its impossible to keep asking people for money continously ( plus a bit annoying ) however we do have a little way to go but it's within reach !
If you haven't donated yet and feel you can please do if nothing else invite your friends to join us, although donations are extremely appreciated support is equally as important to me.

** Update Buster has an infection and needs a few more injections from the vet so please pleaseโ€ฆ Nerys Edwards needs your support for Buster's New Life in UK

A Safe, Secure, Off-lead Dog Park!

Here at Pawsome Paddock we are super passionate about offering your beloved four legged friends a space where they can exercise, play, sniff and have fun to their hearts content. We also strive to ensure that you humans are able to enjoy this experience in a stress free environment.

Having a reactive dog ourselves, we know how hard it is to find somewhere where you feel totally safe without the risk of bumping into another dog or human. We know how it feels to be anxious about taking your dog out, especially to a new place, therefore we never want any of our lovely customers to feel like that. In order to mitigate the risk of dogs having any unwanted contact we have a car park for customers waiting to enter the paddock and a secure holding bay for those using it! This helps keep everyone safe and most importantly ensures everyone has a great time. We have recently added screening to all areas where there could be nose to nose contact through the fence to prevent even the smallest of nips!

In addition to safety, fun is at the heart of everything we do, therefore we also have agility equipment for your dog to use and this in all included in the price. Furthermore, we have a dog toy box full of goodies for you to use with your pooch and we are told that the pink Kong ball is a winner! There are also brollies for those days the British weather likes to test us, free p**p bags, p**p bins and fresh water for your pooches!

Pawsome Paddock has been designed and created with dogs at the heart of it. Having 5 dogs ourselves, all of which are very individual, we know that your dogs mean the world to you and that each and everyone is different and special in their own way. We are therefore always open to feedback and ideas for improvement. Open honest communication is key to helping our business flourish and if we can make Pawsome Paddock even more Pawsome then we are all (doggy) ears.
