Building safer, stronger communities together 🏗️

At DBCP, we’re committed to ensuring our built environment is safe for everyone and that starts with supporting the people who build it.

That’s why we’re delighted to show our support for Chesterfield College and the new Construction Skills Hub, who have partnered with CITB to deliver two free, practical hands-on courses at the Harron Homes Low Ridding housing development, Mastin Moor.

These fantastic opportunities offer real on-site learning for anyone looking to start a career in construction and be part of the creation of a new neighbourhood.

Courses available:
Brickwork for Labourers - develop core bricklaying skills and site-ready techniques
Groundwork Course - gain practical experience in essential groundwork operations

From day one, Harvey has embraced learning on the job, supporting our surveyors, tackling real-world challenges and already making an impact across the organisation. His achievement reflects his hard work and the strength of our apprenticeship programme at DBCP.
